It’s a weekend of wishing for me as I won’t be able to make a lot of the great dance events going on this weekend in DC. I have a friend in town visiting from New York so will be busy entertaining. Tonight Jane Franklin Dance is having a pay what you can performance across the river in Alexandria and tomorrow F1RST SELECT is hosting a hot hip hop workshop at BalletNova.

If you’re looking to join a dance group, Major Definition and Tappenstance are hosting auditions. Good luck to all the dancers trying out and remember to keep dancing!

• 8pm: Arachne Aerial Arts w/ Tzveta Kassabova & Lillian Cho at Dance Place
• 8pm-11:30pm: Black and White Party at Dance Bethesda

Sunday, September 26th

• 4pm-7pm: Funk In Focus Popping Workshops with Rashaad and Ryan at Dance Bethesda
• 5:30pm-7pm: Tappenstance Audition w/ Heidi Schultz at Joy of Motion (Bethesda)
• 7pm: Arachne Aerial Arts w/ Tzveta Kassabova & Lillian Cho at Dance Place
